You are a beautiful soul. You touched many a lives with your gentleness, patience and genuine concern. Your dreams and hopes for both yourself and your son Robbie, were apparent and constantly voiced. I pray that all may be fulfilled and Robbie find solace in the love that you have for him. Condolence: I went to high school with Heather many years ago and we hung out outside of school together with many mutual friends for years. She was a wonderful person with a beautiful smile. Saddened to hear this horrific news. My condolences to the family and little Robbie. May god's peace be with you during this time.

Condolence: Health and I became colleagues and friends at Quabbin Valley Healthcare. She was so understanding and always willing to help. She taught me so many skills, tricks and new techniques as a new nurse. We then both changed career paths to Comfort Home Care. This is when I realized how compassionate and caring she truly was. She went above and beyond for her patients and fellow nurses. She shared with me on many occasions how much her son meant to her and you could just see what a proud mother she was. Heather is one of the most beautiful people inside and out That i have ever met. She was very intelligent, thoughtful, selfless and always has a smile to offer. This truly is a huge loss to all who had the privilege of knowing her. My heart goes out the family. She will be missed by so many.

Condolence: I have worked with Heather for the past 5 years. Heather was the kind of nurse who you knew you could count on. Her caring for her patients went above and beyond anyone could imagine. She took the time to work with everyone, including other teams from our office. She never backed down when it came to patient care, she was in the forefront and was a true leader in the sense of caring. Heather, not only a CHC employee, but also a friend, may you RIP and fly high with the Angels … you truly are an angel to those who knew you. My deepest sympathy and condolences to the family.

Condolence: Though I never met Heather, I feel the weight of her passing all the same. It's heartbreaking to think that such a bright, guiding light in the lives of her patients, people who often see almost no one else but their nurses day to day, has gone out.. Truly this is a great loss for the nursing community.

To her family, friends, patients, colleagues, and loved-ones, I am deeply sorry for your loss.

-Jonna, CHC field nurse

Condolence: I’m deeply saddened by the news of Heather’s passing.

I had the honor and pleasure of working with Heather for the last few years. She was a pro! It is because of nurses like Heather that makes me proud to be part of the nursing profession. And her patients adored her! I appreciated her no-frills, tell it like it is, delivered usually with witty humor for - good measure. She has been an important part of the CHC family; we miss you dearly! I extend my heartfelt condolences do you and your family. May your son, Robbie, find the strength and guidance to carry on, and cherish the fond memories of his mom. Words just cannot adequately express my sincere apologies for your loss. May you all find peace as you come to terms, in time, with Heather’s passing.
