Obituary for Janice Mae Paquette (Chase)

WEST BROOKFIELD -Janice Mae Paquette, 78, passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 after a long illness. She was born to the late Alfred and Mary Chase on August 22,1940 in Springfield, Vermont.

She is survived by her husband of sixty years Alvin Paquette; 2 sons Glenn Paquette & his significant other Heather Aitchison of Ware, Derek Paquette & his wife Kathleen of Madison, Alabama and a daughter Denise Paquette-Vlass & her husband Hal of Shrewsbury; 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Janice attended Tantasqua Regional High School and retired from the Quaboag Regional School District after working many years as an administrative specialist. She was an active member of the Sacred Heart Parish in West Brookfield for many years and found great joy in her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed camping in Rhode Island and vacationing in Key West, Florida each year.

The funeral for Janice will be held on Friday November 2,2018 with a Mass at 11:00AM in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church West Main St. in West Brookfield. A private burial will be held at a future date. Pillsbury Funeral Home 3 West Brookfield Rd. Brookfield is directing arrangements.
