BROOKFIELD- Raymond G. Williams, Jr., 78, passed away on August 10, 2019 surrounded by his loving family following a long illness.

Raymond was born in Ware, a son of the late Raymond G. Williams, Sr. , and Frances (Robidoux) Williams - Patterson.

He lived in Vermont for many years , moved to Webster then made his home in Brookfield where he grew up. Raymond retired from Jeffco, in Webster. He enjoyed music, collecting antiques, hot rods, hot rod shows, going to Mohegan Sun, a good buffet, the beauty of living in the country, the love of animals and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Raymond was predeceased by a brother Teddy Williams. He leaves his wife of 22 years, Carol (Brousseau)Williams of Webster; a son , Troy Williams of Vermont; a daughter Lisa Williams of North Carolina; a step daughter Roxanne Kiely and her husband Daniel of Southbridge; a sister, Bonnie Olson and her husband David Olson of Brookfield; 2 brothers, James Patterson and his wife Jenny Patterson of Brookfield and Donald Patterson his wife Martha Patterson of San Antonio , Texas; 2 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

At Ray’s request there will be no funeral or calling hours. Pillsbury Funeral Home, 3 West Brookfield Rd. Brookfield.

Ray was a man who will never be forgotten. He was full of stories and was cool way before his time. Everyone who met him has a great "Ray memory...."
