I most remember the barn. He drove me through it in a golf cart. Working on other trucks & that new Mack I can still smell the oil and diesel. Once took Rich & I on a road trip to pick up a trailer. All of you mean so much to me. Especially your Mom. I feel so sad he now passed and hold the old days. Please let me know if anything I can do.

Rich, you were the best landlord one could ever have asked for. You went above and beyond for my family. We started at Windemere, the once the girls out grew that, we moved onto front Street. Even after we bought our house on Charmil Drive, you still were there to show us how to fix and upkeep as new homeowners. Through you, I had the pleasure in meeting your beautiful wife, Eleanor and your boys and grandchildren. What a wonderful family your have raised. I'm sure Mike would fully agree with me.
Thank you for being you. A gruff ole teddy bear.
Anita Egan and family.
