WEST BROOKFIELD- Robert W. Boulette,72, passed away July 26, 2020 at home. Born in Ware, MA on March 27, 1948 he was predeceased by his parents Ralph and Alice (Gould) Boulette and his brother Ralph Boulette.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years Tricia A. (Towle) Boulette; his sister Paula Boulette and her wife Pamela Scherer; his nephews Anthony (Jean) Boulette, Ricky Boulette , Brian (Colleen) Boulette; his nieces Darlene (Glenn) Reed and Jody (Carl) Evans; his brother-in-law Matthew H. Towle Jr. and his wife Terri and their sons Matthew III and Gregory; as well as many grand nephews, grand nieces, cousins and friends.
Bob was raised in East Brookfield and moved to West Brookfield in 1976. He graduated from David Prouty High School and was on the baseball and basketball varsity teams. Bob played softball in local leagues for many years. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and harness horse racing. He owned and drove a trotter that he raced in MA and NH. He was a fan of the Boston Bruins. Bob was employed by Kanzaki Specialty Papers for many years and was active in the local chapter of the United Paper Workers International Union as a member and officer.
Friends are invited to join the family in remembering Bob. Appropriate Covid 19 protocol will be observed with facial coverings and social distancing required. A calling hour will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020, 10:30 am -11:30 am in Pillsbury Funeral Home, 44 Gilbert Street, North Brookfield, MA followed by prayers and burial in Evergreen Cemetery, East Brookfield, MA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
