NORTH BROOKFIELD/DENVER,CO- Peter C. Chase, 75, of Denver, CO passed away on March 15, 2021 of natural causes.
Peter is survived by his sister-in-law Roberta Lincoln of Venice, FL, nieces Heather Dumais and husband Robert of Charlton, MA, Michelle Horne her husband Kevin and their son Chase of Southold, NY, and Sarah Chase and her fiancé Jeffrey Jarmulowicz of Spencer, MA. He is pre-deceased by his brother Gregory J. Chase of Venice, FL.
Peter was born on November 20, 1945 in Worcester, MA to Allen and Ruth (Cotton) Chase of North Brookfield, MA where he grew up. After graduating from North Brookfield High School and North Yarmouth Academy, Peter studied theater at Pittsburgh Playhouse, Point Park University. He also studied at Leland Powers School for radio, TV and theater before his early career as a radio DJ and voice- over artist. Peter settled in Denver, Co where he lived for over 45 years. In addition to his passion for music and radio, Peter enjoyed hiking, traveling to Europe, animal rescue efforts and connecting with his many friends, past and present. Peter was a kind and compassionate person with a great sense of humor who loved to tell stories.
Peter will be buried next to his mother and father at Quabbin Park Cemetery in Ware, MA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made in Peter’s name to Second Chance Animal Services, PO Box 136, East Brookfield, MA 01515 or the Mile High United Way, , PO Box 5547 Denver, CO 80217-9425.
